Per Midland County Horseshoe regulations, Basin Burnout exhibitors cannot cook food for sale or prepare drinks for sale on-site. If you will have food for sale, it must be pre-packaged off site (ex. canned salsa, packaged baked goods). Exhibitors cannot bring their own alcohol to the venue. Several bars will be available to purchase alcohol.

The Permian Basin Association of Directional Drilling (PBADD) is a nonprofit organization created by oil and gas industry professionals for oil and gas industry professionals. The PBADD provides and avenue or platform for the exchange of industry specific knowledge and new ideas that aid in the advancement of the directional drillini industry. Bringing oil and gas operators and oilfield service providers together in a collaborative and professional manner to enhance all aspects of the drilling services industry in the Permian Basin of Texas.
