All Cooking Team packages are eligible for $1,000 discount if you register and pay before December 31, 2024.

Registering as a Platinum BBQ Competition Team for Basin Burnout Includes:
- Recognition: Your Team’s Logo will be Featured on Basin Burnout & PBADD Websites, Social Media, and Event Signage
- Cooking Space: 20’ x 40’ Outdoor Cooking Area with Power and Water Hookups Available.
- Additional Space Requests are Subject to Approval and May Incur an Additional Fee.

- BBQ Competition Entries: Entry into Each BBQ Competition Category:
- Brisket, Steak, Ribs, Chicken, Open – Max 5 entries (1 per Category)
- All Entries Will be Judged Using Lonestar BBQ Rules and Guidelines (Non-Sanctioned Event)
- Additional Contest Entries Included in BBQ Competition Team Package:
- Signature Cocktail Contest
- Best Pit Area (Judged by Basin Burnout Steering Committee)
- Fan Favorite Contest – Judged by the Public
- “Medal of Honor” Grand Champion Contest (Must Enter in 3 of 5 BBQ Competition Categories to be Eligible)
- Alcohol Package: Delivered to Your Team Space After Loading in on Friday 3/28/25.
- Teams Must Submit the Alcohol Order Form by 3/15/25

Bringing oil and gas operators and oilfield service providers together in a collaborative and professional manner to enhance all aspects of the drilling services industry in the Permian Basin of Texas.
